Blackroot is a construct encountered by Death in the Fjord area of the Forge Lands. He will give Death the Lure Stone ability and the side quest Sticks and Stones, which will task Death with collecting Stonebites.
Blackroot claims to be rooted in his position due to waiting for his master. Unlike other constructs, Blackroot has a hunger due to the various life growing on him. If not satisfied, the growth will consume him.
