The Lost Soul is a side quest featured in Darksiders II. Given by the Angel Nathaniel, it will task Death with discerning the fate of a particular soul. Death can obtain this quest by speaking with Nathaniel after a battle outside the Crystal Spire upon arriving in Lostlight.

ObjectivesEdit

1. Deliver the scroll to the Chancellor
   • Travel to the Eternal Throne in the Kingdom of the Dead and speak with the Chancellor.
   • The Chancellor with tell Death that the one named on the scroll never passed through the Dead Court, and alludes to the importance of the soul.
2. ​Return to Nathaniel

1. • ​Travel to the Crystal Spire in Lostlight and speak with Nathaniel.
   • Nathaniel will ask Death to take the scroll to the Forge Lands, and ask the Shaman who resides there about the soul.
2. ​Deliver the scroll to Muria

1. • ​ ​Travel to Tri-Stone in the Forge Lands and speak with Muria.
   • ​Muria will tell Death that the name on the scroll means "Dragon" in the demon language. She adds that the soul has changed, and is now master of the Dark Legion.
2. ​Return to Nathaniel

1. • ​ Travel to the Crystal Spire in Lostlight and speak with Nathaniel.
   • Nathaniel with tell Death that the soul whose fate he sought to discover was named Abaddon, and that he is now known on Earth as The Destroyer.
